Abstract

En este documento se proporciona una disposición para la recirculación de gas de flotación en un proceso de flotación de minerales en el que las fluctuaciones de volumen de gas de flotación son manejadas por un circuito cerrado de ecualización de presión que comprende un aparato (60) para almacenar gas y adsorber cambios de presión de gas, en particular un tanque de compensación de gas; una línea de descarga (81) para conectar el lado de presión del circuito de recirculación de gas primario al aparato (60) para almacenar gas y adsorber cambios de presión de gas para permitir la expulsión de una fracción del gas de flotación del circuito de recirculación de gas primario; y una línea de succión (86) para conectar el lado de succión del circuito de recirculación de gas primario al aparato (60) para almacenar gas y adsorber cambios de presión de gas directamente o a través de la línea de descarga (81) y para permitir que el gas de flotación, presente en el aparato (60) para almacenar gas y adsorber cambios de presión de gas y/o en la línea de descarga (81), sea retirado en el lado de succión del circuito de recirculación de gas primario a través de la línea de succión (86) por lo que la línea de succión (86) comprende medios de reducción de presión (76) para restringir el flujo de gas de flotación a través de la línea de succión (86) manteniendo y/o proporcionando vacío manométrico al lado de succión del circuito de recirculación de gas primario, es decir, al conducto de succión de gas y, por lo tanto, a la (s) unidad (es) de celda de flotación.
