Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un compuesto del dímero de buprenorfina, en donde dos porciones de buprenorfina se enlazan vía un separador de etileno, en donde el separador se une a las dos moléculas del opioide vía un enlace de éter. También se describen las composiciones farmacéuticas que comprenden tal fármaco del dímero de buprenorfina, y el uso de tales compuestos en el tratamiento de la hiperalgesia gastrointestinal generalmente, y en particular, el síndrome de intestino irritable con diarrea predominante.
