Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para producir material no tejido hilado por adhesión a partir de monofilamentos, en el que un hilador hila los filamentos, un mecanismo de enfriamiento enfría los filamentos hilados y un dispositivo de estiramiento estira los filamentos. Un canal intermedio está dispuesto entre el mecanismo de enfriamiento y el dispositivo de estiramiento, comprendiendo el canal intermedio al menos dos secciones de canal convergentes que están dispuestas sucesivamente en la dirección de flujo de los filamentos. La sección de canal superior en la dirección de flujo de los filamentos es más corta que la sección de canal inferior en la dirección de flujo de los filamentos. La relación del ancho de entrada BE al ancho de salida BA de la primera sección de canal superior es de 1,5 a 5,5 y la relación del ancho de entrada E al ancho de salida bA de la segunda sección de canal inferior es de 1 a 4.
