Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con una mezcla láctea líquida adecuada para usarse en la preparación de salsas culinarias a base de lácteos o platos culinarios preparados, que comprende proteínas de la leche y grasa; en donde las proteínas de la leche son proteína de suero de la leche y caseína, la relación de proteína de suero:caseína es de 0.3- 0.5, y el pH de la mezcla láctea líquida es de 5.8-6.2. La presente invención se relaciona, además, con un método para producir la presente mezcla láctea líquida.
