Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un aparato para cortar placas metálicas a partir de una tira metálica (1) que comprende: un aparato de corte por láser (2) que es movible hacia atrás y adelante en una dirección de transporte (T) de la tira metálica (1); un dispositivo de soporte (3, 4) para soportar la tira metálica (1) que va a cortarse, dicho dispositivo de soporte (3, 4) es movible hacia atrás y adelante en la dirección de transporte concurrentemente con el aparato de corte por láser (2); en donde el dispositivo de soporte comprende un primer medio de soporte que tiene una primera tira de soporte (3) y un segundo medio de soporte que tiene una segunda tira de soporte (4) localizada opuesta a la primera tira de soporte (3), en donde la primera tira de soporte (3) y la segunda tira de soporte (4) se mueven concurrentemente con el aparato de corte por láser (2) de tal manera que un rayo láser (L) del aparato de corte por láser (2) siempre se orienta hacia una rendija (S) formada entre la primera tira de soporte (3) y segunda tira de soporte (4); y un dispositivo de descarga de polvo, (9) dispuesto corriente abajo de las tiras de soporte (3, 4) en una dirección de descarga (A) dirigida hacia fuera del aparato de corte por láser (2). Con el fin de evitar la adherencia a un lado inferior (U) de la tira metálica (1), se propone que al menos una tira de soporte (3, 4) y/o el conducto de descarga de polvo (9) estén provistos con un dispositivo de ventilación (12, 13a, 13b, 13c, 14a, 14b) para ventilar la rendija (S).
