Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a métodos para la recolección y amplificación de los ácidos nucleicos circulantes de una fracción no celular de una muestra biológica. Los ácidos nucleicos circulantes se extraen de la fracción no celular y son circularizados para generar los círculos del ácido nucleico monocatenario, que se amplifican posteriormente por amplificación circular ondulante utilizando cebadores aleatorios para producir una biblioteca amplificada. Asimismo, se proporcionan dispositivos para la recolección de una fracción no celular de una muestra biológica. El dispositivo incluye una membrana de filtración y una matriz sólida seca, que está en contacto directo con la membrana de filtración.
