Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición activa antimicrobina para desinfectar tomates (Solanum lycopersicum), caracterizada porque comprende: a) Extracto metanólico de cálices de Jamaica (Hibuscus sabdariffa) en una concentración de 1%: b) Ácido acético en una concentración de 0.1 a 0.5%, c) Hipoclorito de sodio en una concentración de 100 ppm; d) Polisorbato 80 enuna concentración del 2%, en donde la composición es efectiva contra la eliminación del 100% de E.coli y s.Typhimurium.
