Abstract
El método es para la cuantificación de partículas sub-visibles. Se describe una membrana de filtración que tiene una pluralidad de poros que la atraviesan. La membrana de filtración está acoplada operativamente con una cámara de vacío. Los poros se sellan con un sellador. Una gota de muestra que contiene un líquido y partículas sub-visibles se aplica sobre la membrana de filtración.
