Abstract

Un proceso para detectar la contaminación por aceite o lubricante en un producto manufacturado, el proceso que comprende agregar un identificador fluorescente a los aceites o lubricantes contenidos en una maquinaria de procesamiento de dicho producto, transportar dicho producto que pasa por un aparato de detección de luz infrarroja, irradiar dicho producto con radiación infrarroja desde dicho aparato de detección cuando pase por el aparato de detección y detectar la radiación infrarroja emitida desde dicho producto irradiado. El identificador puede estar en la forma de una composición que contiene un identificador de desplazamiento de Stokes, que absorbe la radiación en una primera longitud de onda y emite radiación en una segunda longitud de onda, diferente de dicha primera longitud de onda, disuelta o dispersa en el aceite o el lubricante.
