Abstract
Se propone un elemento absorbedor de impactos que comprende un cuerpo tubular para absorber la energía de impacto en un vehículo, siendo que el elemento absorbedor de impactos tiene una sección transversal con forma de doble panal y se configura como un polígono decágono de diez caras, y siendo que se configuran puntas de panal que están espaciadas una de otra por una distancia (b2) que es aproximadamente la mitad de la altura total (b1) del elemento absorbedor de impactos y definen una anchura.
