Abstract

Se describen composiciones de recubrimiento curables por radiación. En algunas modalidades, las composiciones de recubrimiento se usan para recubrir substratos tales como materiales de empaque y los similares para el almacenamiento de alimentos y bebidas. Las composiciones de recubrimiento pueden tener un poliol poliéter con función (met)acrilato preparado haciendo reaccionar un aceite vegetal epoxidado en la presencia de un compuesto de ácido fosfórico para formar un fosfato de epoxi y haciendo reaccionar el fosfato de epoxi con un (met)acrilato con función hidroxilo en la presencia de un catalizador ácido para formar el poliol poliéter con función (met)acrilato.
