Abstract
Un método para formar un tablero de instrumentos para vehículos incluye los pasos de: fundir un primer compuesto que comprende fibras de carbono y resina de nylon; fundir un segundo compuesto que comprende fibras de vidrio y resina de nylon; inyectar los compuestos fundidos en un molde del tablero de instrumentos de modo tal que las fibras de carbono y las fibras de vidrio estén, cada una de ellas, considerablemente concentradas, respectivamente, dentro de la parte del lado del conductor y de la parte del lado del pasajero del molde; y enfriar los compuestos fundidos para formar un tablero de instrumentos. El método puede también incluir el paso de formar una zona límite entre el primer compuesto fundido y el segundo compuesto fundido en el molde, de modo tal que las fibras de carbono y las fibras de vidrio en el molde se mezclen considerablemente dentro de la zona límite.
