Abstract
Se proporciona un compuesto que es útil como agonista de los receptores de MT1 y/o MT2. Los inventores de la presente han llevado a cabo estudios sobre los agonistas de los receptores de MT1 y/o MT2 y han descubierto que un compuesto de indol carboxamida tiene acción agonista de los receptores de MT1 y/o MT2, con lo cual se completa la presente invención. El compuesto de indol carboxamida de la presente invención tiene la acción agonista de los receptores de MT1 y/o MT2, así como una baja penetración del SNC y, por lo tanto, puede usarse como agente para prevenir y/o tratar enfermedades urológicas; en una modalidad, síntomas del tracto urinario inferior; en otra modalidad, síntoma de acumulación de orina, en otra modalidad, incontinencia urinaria; aún en otra modalidad, incontinencia urinaria por estrés; y similares.
