Abstract

Se produce a bajo costo un artículo de espuma moldeada estable, de alta calidad y con excelente resistencia al impacto, aún cuando se usa una mezcla de resinas compuesta por resina virgen y material de resina recuperada como material de resina para moldeo. Para este efecto, el material de resina usado incluye una mezcla de resinas que comprende material de resina recuperada obtenido al pulverizar un material de resina solidificado tras su fundición, resina virgen sin historial térmico de fundición y un agente espumante añadido a la mezcla de resinas. El material de resina es una mezcla de una resina a base de polipropileno y un elastómero a base de polietileno.
