Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procesador y un sistema (1, 1') para el examen de detección del estado de oxigenación de un sujeto (100), en particular para el examen de detección de bebés recién nacidos de la enfermedad congénita del corazón. El sistema comprende una unidad de formación de imagen (2) para la obtención de una pluralidad de cuadros de imagen del sujeto (100) con respecto al tiempo, y un procesador (3) para el procesamiento de los cuadros de imagen. La unidad de formación de imagen, por ejemplo una cámara convencional de video como es utilizada en el monitoreo de signos vitales utilizando el principio mencionado con anterioridad de la PPG remota, es utilizada como un oxímetro de pulso de menor contacto, mediante el uso del cual es creado un mapa del cuerpo (al menos para algunas de las partes de cuerpo de interés) al menos de la saturación de oxígeno de la sangre. La elección de ciertas áreas del cuerpo, por ejemplo, la extremidad superior derecha contra la extremidad superior y/o inferior izquierda, y la combinación o comparación de ellas puede servir con el propósito de detectar anomalías de las funciones del corazón y/o conjunto de circuitos.
