Abstract
Se describe un aparato para inspeccionar contenedores vacíos con objeto de detectar suciedad en los mismos. Tal aparato comprende una fuente de radiación (1) para generar radiación por excitación, y la radiación por excitación se dirige sobre la pared interna de un contenedor y provoca que se detecte la suciedad de tal manera que la suciedad emita radiación luminiscente. El aparato comprende además al menos un dispositivo (5) para detectar la radiación luminiscente emitida por la suciedad así como también un dispositivo para analizar la radiación luminiscente detectada. La invención se refiere también a un método correspondiente para la inspección de contenedores vacíos con objeto de detectar suciedad en los mismos.
