Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una proteína DGAT1 novedosa con propiedades mejoradas con respecto a las proteínas DGAT conocidas, particularmente proteínas DGAT1 conocidas de plantas. La proteína DGAT1 novedosa de la invención se puede expresar en células para incrementar la acumulación de lípido celular.
