Abstract
Se provee un proceso de purificación de gas de síntesis de biomasa bajo presión negativa para producir aceite, y su sistema. En el proceso, un gas de síntesis de alta temperatura, extraído de un gasificador, entra en una torre de enfriamiento enfriada por agua, a través de un humero enfriado por agua, y se enfría parcialmente el gas para solidificar la escoria rociando agua; se recupera el calor residual mediante una caldera de calor residual del tipo de tubos de agua y una caldera de calor residual del tipo de tubos de calor en dos etapas con doble presión; los subproductos, vapor de presión media y vapor de baja presión, son eyectados externamente; después que se condensa el alquitrán pesado y se recupera mediante la caldera de calor residual del tipo de tubos de calor, se efectúa la depuración Y la extracción del polvo mediante un depurador Venturi, sin relleno, la extracción a fondo del polvo mediante un precipitador electrostático húmedo y la purificación eliminando la niebla de alquitrán; luego se extrae el producto resultante mediante un ventilador de gas y se envía a un contenedor de gas húmedo para almacenamiento o se envía para su uso corriente abajo. Las metas de purificación de enfriar el gas de de síntesis en etapas, el uso polvo por pasos y eliminación del alquitrán, se obtienen y se resuelven los problemas técnicos de un sistema complejo, flujo prolongado, alto consumo de energía, poca eficiencia y malas estabilidad y economía, optimizando el proceso y controlando los parámetro del proceso.
