Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir un material de biomasa tratado, el método que comprende: irradiar un material de biomasa pasando un haz de electrones a través de múltiples ventanas en el material de biomasa, en donde las múltiples ventanas comprende al menos: una lámina de ventana de tipo sencillo primaria que se comunica con un lado de alto vacío de una antena de escaneo de un acelerador de haz de electrones y una lámina de ventana de tipo sencillo secundaria posicionada en un lado atmosférico de la antena de escaneo, en donde la distancia de la ventana secundaria al material de biomasa es más que 0.1cm y el material de biomasa es seleccionado del grupo que consiste de material celulósico, material lignocelulósico y material almidonado, exponer la ventana secundaria a la presión atmosférica; y proporcionar el material de biomasa en un entorno abierto adyacente a la venta secundaria.
