Abstract

Un cartucho (1) para la preparación de una bebida; el cartucho comprende: un contenedor cerrado (2) que define un volumen de contenedor; un filtro (8) para dividir el volumen del contenedor en un volumen de la cámara de ingrediente (B) y un volumen de filtrado (C); un medio de bebida ubicado en el volumen de la cámara de ingrediente; y un elemento de protección (6) ubicado en el volumen de filtrado; en donde el elemento de protección se ubica dentro de un volumen de filtrado para definir una zona de salida, el elemento de protección se intercala entre el filtro y la zona de salida, en donde el elemento de protección se configura para prevenir la invasión del filtro dentro de la zona de salida de manera que en la perforación de la superficie de perforación del cartucho por un elemento de perforación de un aparato de preparación de bebida, el elemento de perforación se habilita para colocarse en comunicación continua con la zona de salida sin que el elemento de perforación entre en contacto con el elemento de protección o el filtro; además, se describen métodos y sistemas relacionados.
