Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a métodos y sistemas para el aislamiento y detección de microbios de una muestra. Se describe el uso de agentes ligantes para aislamiento de un microbio de interés a partir de una muestra. En ciertas modalidades, los métodos usan amplificación basada en ribosoma y/o bacteriófago de la señal en detección de bacterias y otros microorganismos.
