Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para el manejo de concentración de etanol durante la fermentación de gas de síntesis. Un proceso para la fermentación de gas de síntesis incluye inocular un medio para proporcionar un medio inoculado. El medio inoculado se pone en contacto con gas de síntesis y las células y el medio se remueven y separan para proporcionar células concentradas y permeado. El etanol se separa del permeado para proporcionar etanol y una corriente reducida acuosa de etanol. La corriente reducida acuosa de etanol se regresa a la fermentación.
