Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un método para la producción de una luna de vidrio laminado consistiendo de una hoja de base (15), una primera hoja de laminación (16), una hoja de polímero (1) recubierta teniendo un recubrimiento (1.2), una segunda hoja de laminación (17) y una hoja de cubierta (18), la luna referida teniendo al menos una ventana de sensor (19), el método comprendiendo las etapas a) a d), siendo que a) la hoja de polímero (1) recubierta un recubrimiento (1.2) se tiende por medio de una mesa de vacío (3) con el recubrimiento orientado en dirección arriba, b) se produce al menos un área (1.3) en la hoja de polímero (1) recubierta de la cual el recubrimiento es eliminado por medio de tratamiento con láser, c) se dispone la primera hoja de laminación (16) en la hoja de base (15), la hoja de polímero (1) se dispone sobre la primera hoja de laminación (16), la segunda hoja de laminación (17) se dispone sobre la hoja de polímero (1) recubierta y la hoja de cubierta (18) se dispone sobre la segunda hoja de laminación (17), y d) la disposición se procesa por autoclave; en el método se produce el área (1.3) del cual se elimina el recubrimiento por medio de unas tablas de cristal (2.1, 2.2) con las cuales la mesa de vacío (3) está provista.
