Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una composición nutriente para sistemas biológicos, como humanos, animales, plantas y microorganismos, la cual comprende por lo menos un fosfato monometálico o metálico mixto del tipo (M1 M2 M3... Mx) 3 (PO4) 2.aH2O donde 0=a=9, en donde (M1, M2, M3... Mx) representa el metal del fosfato monometálico o los dos o más metales del fosfato metálico mixto y se seleccionan de Na, K, Mg, Ca, Cr, Mo, W, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn y B, con la condición de que por lo menos uno de los metales en el fosfato sea seleccionado de Mn, Fe, Co y Ni, en donde por lo menos un fosfato puede ser preparado o es preparado por a) preparar una solución acuosa (I) la cual comprende por lo menos uno o más de los metales Mn, Fe, Co y/o Ni como cationes divalentes por introducir compuestos o mezclas de metal (II) oxidado, de metal (III) y/o metal (IV) o compuestos de los mismos que tienen estados de oxidación mixta, seleccionados de hidróxidos, óxidos, hidróxidos de óxido, hidratos de óxidos, carbonatos y carbonatos de hidróxido, de por lo menos uno de los metales Mn, Fe, Co y/o Ni junto con las formas elementales o aleaciones de por lo menos uno de los metales Mn, Fe, Co y/o Ni en un medio acuoso que comprende ácido fosfórico y hacer reaccionar los compuestos de metal oxidados con las formas elementales o aleaciones de los metales (en una reacción redox) para dar los iones de metales divalentes, b) remover cualesquiera sólidos presentes de la solución (I) acuosa de ácido fosfórico, c) si el fosfato es un fosfato metálico mixto y, además de los metales introducidos en la solución en la etapa a), comprende metales adicionales seleccionados de (M1, M2, M3... Mx), adicionalmente agregar a la solución acuosa (I) en la forma de una solución acuosa o como un sólido en la forma de una sal, el por lo menos un compuesto que se selecciona preferentemente de hidróxidos, óxidos, hidróxidos óxidos, hidratos óxidos, carbonatos, carbonatos hidróxido, carboxilatos, sulfatos, cloruros o nitratos de los metales, d) proporcionar una solución (II) de carga inicial que tiene un pH de 5 a 8 preparado de una solución de ácido fosfórico acuoso por neutralización con una solución de hidróxido de metal alcalino acuoso o preparado de una solución acuosa de uno o más fosfatos de metal alcalino, medir la solución acuosa (I) en la solución de carga inicial (II) y medir simultáneamente en una solución de hidróxido de metal alcalino acuoso básico de tal forma que el pH de la mezcla de reacción obtenida es mantenida en el intervalo de 5 a 8, preferentemente 6 a 7, el fosfato del tipo (M1, M2, M3.... Mx) 3 (PO4) 2 .aH2O que es precipitado y remover de la solución de reacción el fosfato que ha precipitado.
