En ésta, es satisfecha una relación (fDs-fDr) /2<e, en la cual fDs es un diámetro interno de una superficie circunferencial interna en la forma de un círculo perfecto en sección, de una cámara cilíndrica (22), fDr es un diámetro externo de una superficie circunferencial externa en la forma de un círculo perfecto en sección de una parte de rodillo (26), e es una excentricidad de un centro 122a de una parte excéntrica (122) hacia una columna principal (121). Un centro (52a) de una parte de cojinete del lado frontal y un centro (62a) de una parte de cojinete del lado posterior, están excéntricos a un centro (22a) de la cámara de cilindro (22). La parte de cojinete del lado frontal y la parte del cojinete del lado posterior son cojinetes deslizantes.
