Abstract
Se describe un proceso para la calcinación de material de mezcla activa que involucra material de alimentación exterior de una cabeza de horno y el material de mezcla obtenida. El proceso comprende material de alimentación desde el exterior de la cabeza del horno de horno rotativo en el interior de la campana del horno y para el enfriador de la parrilla, en donde el material es ganga de carbón, pizarra, arcilla, turba, barro y similares, que pueden formar el componente de cemento activo a través de la calcinación de temperatura baja, y calcinar el material a baja temperatura. Se describe también un aparato de producción de cemento para llevar a cabo el proceso previsto, que comprende la nariz (s) de alimentación proporcionado en la campana del horno y/o enfriador de la parrilla para alimentar el material.
