Abstract

Se proporciona un aparato de estabilización de tira de acero que permite la corrección de forma y la supresión de vibración en una tira de acero, particularmente, una tira de acero enchapada, en una manera no de contacto. El aparato de estabilización de tira de acero incluye un cuerpo de soporte del aparato colocado sobre por lo menos un lado de una tira de acero circulante y una unidad de estabilización de tira de acero que comprende un polo generador de campo magnético colocado en el cuerpo de soporte del aparato para orientar la tira de acero y una parte de expansión de polo configurada para proporcionar una fuerza de atracción de tira de acero a un extremo lateral de la tira de acero del polo generador de campo magnético para permitir la corrección de forma o la supresión de vibración en la tira de acero. La presente invención incrementa la fuerza de atracción (electro) magnética en la tira de acero enchapada que pasa a través de un baño de enchapado, y asegura de esta manera eficientemente la corrección de forma (curvatura) o supresión de vibración (amortiguación) en la tira de acero enchapada y evita las variaciones de enchapado en la tira de acero, y finalmente hace posible mejorar la calidad del enchapado de la tira de acero.
