Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la producción de una enzima que isomeriza la glucosa, a partir de un microorgtanizmo que pertenevce al género de actinoplanes, preferiblemente actinoplanes missouriensis NRRL B-3342, actinoplanes philippinesnsis ATCC12427 actinoplanes armeniacuis ATCC15676, o actinoplanes sp. ATCC23342, que comprende las etapas de cultivar el orgánismo aeróbicamente en un medio de cultivo que contiene destilados solubles, hidrolizado de caseína, hidrolizado de frijol soya, peptona, extracto de levadura, hidrolizado de proteína de pescado ó licor de infusión de maíz, a partir del cual se ha preparado una porción substancial de lodo, neutralizando después con álcali una concentración de aproximadamente 0.5 por ciento a aproximadamente 7 por ciento de sólidos a un pH de aproximadamente 5.5, a aproximadamente 8.0 a una temperatura de aproximadamente 16°C, a aproximadamente 40°C, durantee aproximadamente 24 a aproximadamente 168 horas en presencia de ión cobaltoso a una concentración de 0.05mm. a 0.5mm, y a una concentración de ión sobre de 0.01 mm a 0.1 mm, y recuperar la enzima que isomeriza la glucosa.
