Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para generar dientes de engranaje, en donde una pieza de trabajo que va a recibir un perfil dentado y una herramienta cortadora se hacen avanzar uno hacia el otro en un movimiento de alimentación rodante hasta que cada flanco de diente del perfil de engranaje se ha generado después de varias pasadas de la herramienta, en donde en cada pasada se genera una superficie cortada que contiene al menos un corte de flanco sobre la pieza de trabajo, en donde se sobrepone el movimiento auxiliar sobre el movimiento rodante, que tiene el efecto que los cortes de flanco generados en al menos dos pasadas inmediatamente consecutivas se conectaran entre sí. Además, la invención también se refiere a una máquina cortadora de engranaje con las características de control requisito para realizar el método.
