Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un producto de confitería que comprende: una región de polvo que comprende un primer saborizante y un edulcorante en partículas que comprende un sacárido: una región de composición de confitura masticable que rodea la región de polvo, la región de confitura masticable comprende un segundo saborizante ; y una composición de recubrimiento que rodea la región de composición de confitura masticable; en donde el edulcorante en partículas tiene un tamaño medio de partícula D(v,0.5) de 175 micrómetros a 250 micrómetros cuando se mide con un dispositivo de medicación de distribución de tamaño de partícula utilizando difracción de rayos láser; y en donde el edulcorante se encuentra en una cantidad de por lo menos 85% en peso con base en el peso total de la región de composición de confitura masticable.
