Abstract
El ensamble de bomba de petróleo con conexión eléctrica a la línea principal se relaciona con el campo de los ensambles para el bombeo de petróleo de los oleoductos principales; el objetivo de la presente invención es la creación de una ensamble de bomba de petróleo con conexión eléctrica a la línea principal con características técnicas y económicas, reducción de ruido y vibraciones y una fiabilidad incrementada, vida útil y rendimiento mejorados; las principales características distintivas del ensamble propuesto que contribuye al logro del objetivo antes mencionado son; el asiento no estriado, con holgura nula del impelente sobre un árbol liso, el uso de cojinetes de rodillos asentados de manera estriada, con holgura nula en el árbol liso, el uso de juntas mecánicas asentado de manera no estriado, con holgura nula en el árbol liso, el uso de soportes esféricos ajustables con autocorrección debajo de la pata de soporte de la bomba, y la perforación de las superficies de asiento del alojamiento de bomba para el rotor en una sola operación de montaje.
