Abstract
La presente invención se refiere en mejoras en método para eliminar polvos y gases contaminantes de los gases de escape de máquinas de sinterización de material de hierro, que comprende; aspirar los gases de escapes de los conductos de distribución de viento a través de conductos de transferencia a múltiples de gas; remover el polvo contaminante en un purificador de gas electrostático a una temperatura de gas que es favorable para la precipitación electrostática y barrer una corriente de gas de escape parcial para remover gases o vapores contaminantes, caracterizadas por: aspirar una primera corriente parcial de gases de escape que tiene un bajo contenido de gases o vapores contaminantes a un primer múltiple de gas a través de conductos de trasferencia de distribución de viento dispuestas bajo las primeras y últimas partes de las máquinas de sinterización y liberar la primera corriente parcial de gases de escape del polvo contaminante en alto grado en un primer purificador de gas electrostático y luego se conduce a una chimenea; aspirar a una segunda corriente de gases de escape que tiene un contenido más alto de gases o vapores contaminantes a un segundo múltiple de gas a través de conductos de transferencia de distribuidores de viento dispuestos cuando cuando menos bajo la parte intermedia de la máquina de sinterización y liberar la segunda corriente parcial de gases de escape de polvo contaminante en alto grado en un segundo purificador de gas electrostático y después de los gases o vapores contaminantes en alto grado en un depurador de ba rrido y subsecuentemente llevar a una chimenea; controlar las conexiones de los distribuidores de viento y los conductos de transferencia a los múltiples de viento primero y segundo de manera tal que la primera corriente parcial se encuentra a una temperatura y con un volumen de gas que son favorables para la purificación en el primer purificador de gas electrostático y la segunda corriente parcial contiene una parte importante de los gases o vapores contaminantes y se encuentra a una temperatura y tiene un volumen de gas que son favorables para la purificador de gas electrostático.
