Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un montaje de protección de motor de desviación de flujo para por lo menos cubrir parcialmente un conducto de ventilación que se extiende desde un lado externo a un lado interno de una araña de un motor eléctrico, en donde el conducto de ventilación está ubicado debajo de un eje horizontal del motor y se configura para permitir que el aire de ventilación fluya en una dirección de ventilación generalmente axial fuera del motor hacia dentro del motor, con el montaje que está operablemente asegurado a la araña para definir una posición operativa, el cual caracterizado porque comprende: una cubierta de araña operablemente asegurada al lado externo de la araña, la cubierta incluye un cuerpo que está configurado para proyectarse axialmente desde la araña y extenderse generalmente de manera radial coextensivamente con el área de araña ubicada sobre el eje horizontal cuando está en la posición operativa; y un deflector de desviación de fluido operablemente asegurado a la araña, el deflector está configurado para extenderse en una relación de cobertura parcial con la abertura de ventilación cuando está en una posición operativa, el deflector` define un. conducto de ventilación a través del mismo, el deflector incluye por lo menos una rejilla obstructora de flujo de líquido que se extiende a través del conducto de ventilación para desviar el líquido que fluye por lo menos parcialmente en la dirección de ventilación lejos del conducto de ventilación cuando está en posición operativa, la rejilla incluye una superficie de desviación de líquido generalmente plana, la superficie de desviación está ubicada en un ángulo oblicuo con relación al eje y por lo menos parcialmente orientada a la dirección de ventilación cuando el deflector está en la posición operativa, el deflector está formado integralmente con el cuerpo de la cubierta y colocado bajo el cuerpo, el deflector incluye una pared de desviación de líquido proyectada axialmente ubicada en una relación suspendida con el conducto de ventilación, de tal manera que el líquido acumulado que fluye descendentemente es desviado lejos del conducto de ventilación, el deflector incluye una pared extrema que es generalmente transversal al eje cuando el deflector está en la posición operativa, con la pared de desviación de líquido que se proyecta desde la pared extrema, la pared de desviación de líquido se extiende a lo largo de una ruta generalmente arqueada con un centro de curvatura ubicada debajo del conducto de ventilación, la pared de desviación de líquido presenta extremos terminales más inferiores, el conducto de ventilación está definido entre los extremos terminales.
