Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para preparar una bebida de vino no-alcohólica caracterizado porque comprende: (1) mezcla (a) un líquido a base de vino sin alcohol que comprende un extracto de vino rojo sin alcohol en una cantidad de 45 a 55%; (b) 0-10% de azúcar; (c) de 2% a 5% de concentrado de jugo seleccionados del grupo que consiste de concentrado de jugo de cereza amarga, concentrado de jugo de cereza dulce concentrado de jugo de granada y combinaciones de los mismos; (d) hasta 0.5% de polvo concentrado de vino rojo (e) agua; (2) carbonatar la mezcla liquida; en donde la bebida comprende más de 150 mg de polifenoles por 2.37 decilitros (8 onzas) por poción y 45 a 55% de la base de vino libre de alcohol.
