Abstract

Se proporciona una formulación de poliuretano curable en húmedo capaz de ser curada para formar un producto de reacción que tiene una alta resistencia en verde y que es dispensable con una pistola de calafateo. La formulación de poliuretano comprende al menos un pre-polímero con isocianato terminal, al menos un modificador de reología o relleno, opcionalmente isocianato monomérico/polimérico y al menos un aditivo tixotrópico a base de urea adicionado a la formulación o formado in situ para producir más del l de grupos urea en el producto de reacción. Un método para la fabricación de una formulación de poliuretano curable en húmedo capaz de ser curada para formar un producto de reacción, también se proporcionan métodos de unión de materiales usando la formulación.
