Abstract
Se proporciona un método que restaura un parámetro de cuantificación diferencial de una unidad de codificación actual, genera un pronosticador de parámetro de cuantificación de la unidad de codificación actual utilizando uno o dos parámetros de cuantificación de un parámetro de cuantificación izquierdo, un parámetro de cuantificación superior y un parámetro de cuantificación previo y genera un parámetro de cuantificación de la unidad de codificación actual utilizando el parámetro de cuantificación diferencial y el pronosticador de parámetro de cuantificación, en donde un tamaño mínimo de la unidad de cuantificación se ajusta por imagen. Por consiguiente, la complejidad del aparato de codificación y decodificación se reduce ajustando el tamaño mínimo de la unidad de cuantificación. Además, la eficiencia de codificación se mejora mediante la codificación del parámetro de cuantificación utilizando una pluralidad de parámetros de cuantificación y mediante la señalización del tamaño mínimo de la unidad de cuantificación por imagen.
