Abstract
El propósito de la presente invención es proporcionar un dispositivo de monitoreo de la presión de aire del neumático capaz de determinar con exactitud la posición de rueda de un transmisor. A fin de lograr esto, el dispositivo de monitoreo de la presión de aire del neumático comprende: transmisores (2d) dispuestos en cada rueda (1) y que transmiten la información de la presión de aire detectada utilizando señales inalámbricas; un medio de detección de la posición de rotación (detector (8) de velocidad de la rueda, U.C. (6) del ABS) dispuesto en el lado del bastidor correspondiente a cada rueda (1), y que detecta la posición de rotación (pulso de la velocidad de la rueda) de cada rueda (1) y también proporciona como salida la información de la posición de rotación (valores del conteo del pulso de la velocidad de la rueda) a una línea de comunicaciones (línea (7) de comunicaciones CAN) en intervalos de tiempo prescritos (?T0) (ciclo de 20 mseg.); y un medio de estimación de la posición de rotación del lado del bastidor (unidad (4a) de cálculo de la posición de rotación) que estima la posición de rotación (número de dientes del engranaje (Zt2)) en el momento de la transmisión (tiempo (t2) de comando de la transmisión) mediante los transmisores (2d), con base en la información de recepción (tiempo (t4) de completación de la recepción) para la señal inalámbrica a partir de los transmisores (2d) y la información de la posición de rotación (los tiempos de entrada (t1, t5), el número de dientes del engranaje (Zt1, Zt5)) para las ruedas (1) ingresada por medio de la línea de comunicaciones (línea (7) de comunicaciones CAN).
