Abstract

Una guía anatómica femoral posiciona túneles óseos correspondientes a los husos AM y PL en procedimientos de reparación y reconstrucción; una guía de plantilla dispuesta en un campo quirúrgico próxima a un miembro quirúrgico tal como un fémur o tibia define una huella del túnel óseo resultante; la plantilla incluye aberturas que corresponden don el tamaño de los túneles óseos para los respectivos husos (AM o PL), y permite el posicionamiento en el sitio de perforación para identificar el tamaño y la ubicación del túnel óseo, al igual que la distancia relativa entre túneles para procedimientos de doble huso; un ángulo desfasado en la plantilla proporciona diferentes orientaciones de las aberturas de plantilla para visualizar el posicionamiento real del túnel óseo; la plantilla tiene una primera abertura que se puede colocar en paralelo a una formación de meseta tibial en la tibia, y la plantilla orienta una segunda abertura angulada mediante el ángulo desfasado para posicionar el segundo túnel.
