Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un sistema biosensor que incluye el sistema de gestión de llenado insuficiente determina la concentración de analito en una muestra a partir de por lo menos un valor de señal de salida analítica. La figura más representativa de la invención es la número 6A.Un método para determinar una concentración de analito en una muestra, caracterizado porque comprende; determinar un estado de llenado inicial de un sensor de prueba para ser un estado de llenado insuficiente inicial en el que un volumen insuficiente de muestra está presente; indicar una adición de volumen de muestra adicional para subsecuente y sustancialmente llenar por completo el sensor de prueba con un volumen suficiente de muestra, el volumen suficiente de muestra cambia el estado de llenado insuficiente inicial del sensor de prueba a un estado subsecuente substancialmente de llenado completo; aplicar una señal de excitación de prueba analítica al volumen suficiente de muestra; generar por lo menos un valor de señal de salida analítica sensible a la concentración del analito en el volumen suficiente de muestra y a la señal de excitación de prueba analítica; compensar para el error de llenado insuficiente en el cuando menos un valor de señal de salida analítica en respuesta al estado de llenado insuficiente inicial y el esta subsecuente substancialmente de llenado completo del sensor de prueba, en donde la compensación para el error de llenado insuficiente incluye; ajustar por lo menos una correlación de referencia con un sistema de compensación, el sistema de compensación incluye por lo menos una función de indización previamente determinada a partir de un parámetro de error, en donde el sistema de compensación aplica una o más ecuaciones de compensación en respuesta al estado de llenado insuficiente inicial y al estado subsecuente sustancialmente de llenado completo del sensor de prueba; y determinar una concentración de analito en la muestra a partir del cuando menos un valor de señal de salida analítico y el ajuste.
