En donde, se adquiere la información del estatus de la terminal, la estación base y/o el portador de componentes; se determina si la información del estatus concuerda con la condición predeterminada; un viejo portador de componentes se remplaza por un nuevo portador de componentes, o un nuevo portador de componentes se agrega en el caso que se reúna la condición predeterminada. Con las modalidades de la presente invención, se actualiza más efectivamente el portador de componentes que utilizaría la terminal.
