Abstract
Uso de una molécula terapéutica, para el tratamiento de condiciones de dolor especificas, en donde la molécula terapéutica es una proteína de fusión de polipéptido de una sola cadena, que incluye : una proteasa no-citotóxica, o un fragmento de la misma, tal proteasa o fragmento de proteasa es capaz de romper una proteína del aparato de fusión exocítica de un aferente sensorial nociceptivo; una porción de marcado que es capaz de enlazarse a un sitio de enlace en el aferente sensorial nociceptivo; tal sitio de enlace es capaz de experimentar endocitosis que se incorporará en una endosoma dentro del aferente sensorial nociceptivo; un sitio de ruptura de la proteasa en el cual es divisible la proteína de fusión por una proteasa, en donde el sitio de ruptura de proteasa está situado entre la proteasa o el fragmento no-citotóxico de la misma y la porción de marcado; y un domino del translocación que es capaz de desplazar la proteasa o el fragmento de la proteasa dentro de un endosoma, a través de la membrana endosomica y hacia el citosol del aferente sensorial nociceptivo.
