Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a fortificantes concentrados líquidos de leche materna que incluyen caseína extensamente hidrolizada y un sistema estabilizador. El sistema estabilizador incluye un almidón de maíz OSA-modificado en combinación con goma gelana de bajo contenido de acilo.
