Este acero con tratamiento superficial incluye acero con tratamiento superficial que comprende: una lámina de acero; una capa enchapada que incluye zinc formada sobre la lámina de acero; y una película formada sobre la capa enchapada, en donde la película tiene un espesor de 100 nm o más y 1000 nm o menos, en donde la película incluye: una fase amorfa A que contiene Si, C, O, P, Zn y V, y uno o dos o más tipos seleccionados del grupo que consiste en Ti, Zr y Al como elementos constituyentes, en donde Zn/Si, que es un pico la relación de intensidad entre Zn y Si es de 1.0 o más, y V/P, que es una relación de masa entre V y P, es de 0.050 a 1.000 cuando el análisis se realiza mediante EDS; y una fase amorfa B que contiene Si, O y Zn, en donde la fase amorfa B tiene una relación Zn/Si inferior a 1.0, la relación Zn/Si es una relación de intensidad máxima entre Zn y Si cuando el análisis se realiza mediante EDS, un contenido de Zn de la fase amorfa A es 10% en masa o menos, y en una sección transversal en una dirección de espesor, un porcentaje de una longitud de una interfaz entre la capa enchapada y la fase amorfa B a una longitud de una interfaz entre la capa enchapada y la película es de 30% o más.
