Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para detectar, en el acabado (B) de los recipientes (R), defectos de la junta horizontal del molde (JH), comprendiendo dicho método los siguientes pasos: colocar el recipiente (R) entre una fuente luminosa y una cámara; asegurar la rotación del recipiente (R) sobre sí mismo de acuerdo con una rotación; adquirir con la ayuda de la cámara, en cada incremento de rotación del recipiente, una imagen para que el número de imágenes por revolución rotacional sea superior a 36; analizar para cada recipiente, las imágenes capturadas, para que: se detecte el perfil del borde de acabado en cada imagen; se comparen los perfiles del borde de acabado de las imágenes con un perfil de referencia del borde de acabado, para detectar desviaciones entre estos perfiles; y se detecte un defecto de la junta horizontal del molde (JH) de un recipiente cuando al menos una imagen de dicho recipiente presenta una desviación.+.
