Abstract
En un método de maquinado de piezas de trabajo en una rectificadora de engranajes con una herramienta de rectificación (320) que comprende granos abrasivos gresificados-unidos hechos de un material superabrasivo, la herramienta de rectificación primero es reacondicionada. Posteriormente, la herramienta de rectificación reacondicionada es condicionada de manera que se produce una condición de desgaste deseada de la herramienta de rectificación. Posteriormente, piezas de trabajo previamente dentadas son maquinadas utilizando la herramienta de rectificación reacondicionada y acondicionada. El acondicionamiento evita el comportamiento de rectificación indeseable de la herramienta de rectificación, el cual puede provocar daño térmico a la zona de borde de la pieza de trabajo El acondicionamiento es ejecutado con una cinemática de acondicionamiento, la cual es diferente de la cinemática de maquinado y puede corresponder a una cinemática de reacondicionamiento. Para el acondicionamiento, se utiliza una herramienta de acondicionamiento (416; 425) la cual tiene una forma básica que es diferente de la forma básica de las piezas de trabajo.
