Abstract

El método incluye: medir los valores de espesor de un extrudido proporcionado desde la ranura de aplicador; mapear los valores de espesor medidos a una posición correspondiente a lo largo del ancho del troquel de ranura; ejecutar una compresión de datos de los valores de espesor medidos para obtener un vector residual que representa la desviación de los valores de espesor medidos de los valores de espesor deseados; y ajustar una posición de uno o más de la pluralidad de accionadores basada en el vector residual para obtener una forma corregida para la barra de fijación o el reborde de troquel flexible. El ajuste incluye usar el vector residual para predecir un grado de irregularidad para un conjunto propuesto de posiciones de accionador y después aplicar una restricción de irregularidad para obtener un conjunto revisado de posiciones de accionador que reduce el grado de irregularidad en relación con el grado de irregularidad previsto.
