Abstract
La presente invención describe una aleación a base de níquel, que tiene la siguiente composición, en porcentaje de peso: C de aproximadamente 0.005 a aproximadamente 0.06; Cr de aproximadamente 13 a aproximadamente 17; Fe de aproximadamente 4 a aproximadamente 20; Mo de aproximadamente 3 a aproximadamente 9; W de hasta 8; Co de hasta 12; Al de aproximadamente 1 a aproximadamente 3; Ti de aproximadamente 0.6 a aproximadamente 3; Nb de hasta 5.5; B de aproximadamente 0.001 a aproximadamente 0.012; Mg de aproximadamente 0.0010 a aproximadamente 0.0020; Zr de aproximadamente 0.01 a aproximadamente 0.08; Si de hasta aproximadamente 0.7; Nb de hasta aproximadamente 0.05; siendo el resto níquel, impurezas usuales, y cantidades menores de otros elementos, como residuos de adiciones de aleación durante la fusión. La aleación proporciona una combinación de alta resistencia, buena resistencia al desplazamiento y buena resistencia a la aparición de grietas. También se describe un método de tratamiento mediante calor de una superaleación a base de níquel, para mejorar la ductilidad de la tracción de la aleación. Finalmente, se describe un producto de fabricación hecho a partir de una superaleación a base de níquel.
