Abstract
Una instalación para laminado en frío de acuerdo con la presente invención incluye un tren de laminado en tándem en frío que incluye una pluralidad de cajas de laminación, y un sistema de suministro de aceite de laminado configurado para suministrar aceite de laminado al tren de laminado en tándem en frío, en el cual el sistema de suministro de aceite de laminado incluye un primer sistema de suministro de aceite de laminado configurado para suministrar un primer aceite de laminado de emulsión y un segundo sistema de suministro de aceite de laminado configurado para suministrar un segundo aceite de laminado de emulsión que tiene una concentración mayor que el primer aceite de laminado de emulsión, y el aceite de laminado mezclado obtenido al mezclar el primer aceite de laminado de emulsión y el segundo aceite de laminado de emulsión se suministra al menos a una caja de laminación específica entre la pluralidad de cajas de laminación de tal manera que cumpla con la siguiente fórmula (1), 0.6 = F2/F1 = 1.4 (1), donde F1 denota la primera fuerza horizontal que actúa en una dirección de laminado sobre un rodillo incluido en la caja de laminación específica, y F2 denota la segunda fuerza horizontal que actúa en una dirección de laminado sobre un rodillo incluido en una caja de laminación superior dispuesta en un lado superior de la caja de laminación específica y vecina de la caja de laminación específica.
