Abstract

En la presente se describen métodos y aparatos para formar gotículas de gel que incluyen tejido biológico (por ejemplo, células) y, en particular, métodos y aparatos para eliminar aceite de las gotículas de gel que comprenden células disociadas (incluidas microorganosferas). Aunque es beneficioso usar aceite en la formación de estas gotículas de gel, y en particular microorganosferas, el aceite puede inhibir el crecimiento y la supervivencia de las células dentro de las gotículas de gel.
