Abstract
La invención trata de una hoja de acero laminada en frío y recocida, hecha de un acero que tiene una composición que comprende, en porcentaje en peso: C: 0.03 % a 0.18 % Mn: 6.0 % a 11.0 % Al: 0.2 % a 3 % Mo: 0.05 % a 0.5 % B: 0.0005 % a 0.005 % S = 0.010 % P = 0.020 % N = 0.008 % y que comprende opcionalmente uno o más de los siguientes elementos, en porcentaje en peso: Si = 1.20 % Ti = 0.050 % Nb = 0.050 % Cr = 0.5 % V = 0.2 % el resto de la composición es hierro e impurezas inevitables resultantes de la fundición, la hoja de acero tiene una microestructura que comprende, en fracción superficial, - de 25 % a 54 % de austenita retenida, - de 46 % a 75 % de ferrita, - menos de 8 % de martensita fresca - un contenido de carbono [C]A y manganeso [Mn]A en la austenita, expresado en porcentaje en peso, en donde [C]A* v[Mn]A es de 0.48 a 1.8, - y una distribución no homogénea de manganeso caracterizada por una distribución de manganeso con un gradiente mayor o igual a -50.
